To Find a Doctor, First let’s identify your plan network.
1. Please refer to your Member ID Card.
2. Identify which Network your plan supports (Aetna or Cigna or First Health Network – circled in red below)

Cigna EPO Network

Aetna PPO Network

First Health Network
First Health PPO has a large network of healthcare providers, with over 1 million providers nationwide. This network includes nearly 5,100 hospitals, 110,000 ancillary providers, and over 695,000 healthcare professionals.
