Omar Haedo is an entrepreneur with expertise in Employee Benefits and Health Plans. He is the owner of ELAN’s group of companies (Elan Benefits Services, Elan RE, and Elan Benefits Florida).
As a successful entrepreneur, consultant, project manager, management coach, and strategic thinker, Omar is results and milestones-driven professional. He serves on the Board of Trustees for Houghton College and the Board of Directors for Immigrant Connection.
Omar graduated from the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance, Computer Sciences, and Management, Summa cum laude.

Omar Andres Haedo serves as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for ELAN Insurance Group. Currently a major in Finance and Marketing at the University of Miami, he brings his educational experiences and his determined spirit with him every day to ELAN and the people he serves.

Board of Directors
Robert (Trey) Goldsmith serves as Outside Chief Legal Counsel to Elan. He is the managing partner with Caine | Goldsmith where he represents public and privately held businesses and institutions in matters of day-to-day operations, funding, crisis management, mergers and acquisitions, corporate entity formation, and risk management.
Mr. Goldsmith previously served on Counsel to the firm of Marjorie Rawls Roberts, PC, which specializes in tax, corporate/securities, and business law. Mr. Goldsmith holds a B.S. in Business Administration, summa cum laude, and a JD with honors. He is admitted to practice law in the U.S. Virgin Islands and Alabama, and before the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Tax Court, as well as before multiple American federal district and bankruptcy courts. Mr. Goldsmith has been selected to Super Lawyers® in Business Litigation each year since 2017.
