Our Sales Executives lead high-impact sales initiatives, growing their assigned market through strategic broker relationships. This role is responsible for acquiring new business, presenting innovative health benefit solutions, and managing complex sales cycles from introduction through implementation. Sales Executives are seasoned professionals expected to meet aggressive member growth targets and contribute to Elan’s market development.

Sales Representatives at Elan are responsible for developing new business opportunities and nurturing broker and client relationships. You’ll manage the full sales lifecycle—from outreach to renewal—by hosting enrollment meetings, consulting on plan design, and delivering excellent service. This role is ideal for motivated professionals ready to meet quota goals while delivering tailored benefit solutions.

Ensure retention. Deepen client trust.

Client Managers oversee Elan’s existing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, renewal success, and long-term retention. Acting as both relationship stewards and benefit experts, they guide employers through renewals, respond to inquiries, and coordinate closely with internal teams to resolve issues. This role supports upsell opportunities while maintaining a high standard of service and communication.

Support members. Solve challenges.

Client Advocates are the frontline champions of member experience. They assist employees and plan administrators with benefit-related questions, claims issues, and navigation of Elan’s health plans. With a focus on empathy, clarity, and problem-solving, Client Advocates ensure every member feels informed and supported throughout their healthcare journey.
