Boyan Mintchev brings over 20 years of financial and operating experience to Elan Insurance Group. In his dual role as CFO/COO, he overlooks internal controls, planning, reporting, process improvements, risk/investment management and strategic development.
Prior to joining Elan, Boyan had been CFO in the logistics industry, where he gained significant operating experience. During his career, he has also advised companies on corporate finance strategies with a transaction value exceeding $3.5 billion.
Boyan has an MBA, has passed Levels 1 and 2 of the CFA Program, and speaks six languages.
