CORAL GABLES, Florida – May 11, 2018, Elan Insurance donated $1,300 to the Community Foundation of the Virgin Islands. This donation follows the $9M in medicine and $1M in other supplies Elan delivered to World Hope International after the devastation of Hurricane Maria.
According to John Lyon, CEO & President of World Hope International, “In the aftermath of Hurricane Maria, the Elan Insurance Team really stepped up delivering $9M in medicine plus another $1M in generators and other supplies. In a time of our Islands greatest need, Elan was there.”

In response to the devastating impact of hurricanes Irma and Maria, the Community Foundation of the Virgin Islands (CFVI) established two funds to collect and distribute monetary donations for the purposes of providing immediate relief and supporting long-term community renewal efforts.
